薪酬是保证独立董事积极性与独立性的关键,更是推动独立董事制度发展的基石。本文首先对我国上市公司独立董事薪酬的现状进行了分析,然后提出了几点改善意见。
Remuneration is the key to guarantee the enthusiasm and independence of independent directors, and is also the cornerstone of promoting the development of independent director system. This article first analyzes the current situation of the remuneration of independent directors of listed companies in our country, and then puts forward some suggestions for improvement.
