为了对油田开采的方式进行优化,使油田的开发能够形成一个良性的循环以及能够把可持续发展这个目标给实现了。现在一些油田的开发基本上都利用了精益化的管理,即油田开发的精益化管理。本文主要就是对精益化的增效管理的涵义、实施以及效果等这些方面,叙述了三大战略的一个具体的做法以及所取得的成就,利用精益化的管理对油田进行开发,能够使经济效益在一定程度上得到很大的提高,而且还有指导意义。
