目的探讨高效液相色谱法(HPLC)与化学发光免疫分析法(CLIA)测定人血清中丙戊酸钠(VPA)浓度的相关性。方法建立一种测定人血清VPA浓度的HPLC法,并用该方法和CLIA法平行测定62例精神疾病患者血清VPA浓度,对2组结果进行比较分析。结果两种方法测定结果具有良好的相关性,回归方程为:Y=3.066+0.977X(r=0.952,n=62);经配对t检验,差异无统计学意义(t=-1.456,P>0.05)。结论 HPLC法和CLIA法测定血清VPA浓度具有良好的相关性,两法均可以用于血清VPA浓度测定。
Objective To investigate the correlation between high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and chemiluminescence immunoassay (CLIA) in the determination of sodium valproate (VPA) in human serum. Methods A HPLC method for the determination of VPA concentration in human serum was established. The concentration of VPA in 62 patients with mental illness was measured by this method and the CLIA method. The results of two groups were compared and analyzed. Results There was a good correlation between the two methods. The regression equation was Y = 3.066 + 0.977X (r = 0.952, n = 62). There was no significant difference between the two methods (t = -1.456, P> 0.05). Conclusions HPLC method and CLIA method have a good correlation with serum VPA concentration. Both methods can be used for the determination of serum VPA concentration.
