事业单位性质和工作特点决定了人员工作相对稳定、压力不大、竞争性不强,有的人在一个岗位上一待就是几十年,直至退休都没有变化。在这种情况下,如果思想工作跟不上,就会导致有的职工出现积极性不高、工作平庸效率低、敬业精神不足、创新意识差、无所作为混日子等现象。因此,领导干部要增强思想政治工作的预见性和针对性,创新发展思想政治工作的方式方法,贴近工作实际精益求精做好思想政治工作。
The nature of the institutions and the characteristics of work determine the relative stability of staff, pressure is not strong, competitive is not strong, and some people wait in a position for decades, until retirement have not changed. Under such circumstances, if the ideological work can not keep up, some workers will lead to such problems as low enthusiasm, ineffective mediocre work, lack of professionalism, poor creative awareness and no-shows. Therefore, leading cadres should enhance the predictability and pertinence of ideological and political work, innovate and develop the methods and methods of ideological and political work, and keep improving the ideological and political work close to the actual work.
