本文应用Turbo Prolog语言设计和实现了分析各种铸造缺陷属性和形成原因,以及防止铸造缺陷产生的工艺措施的专家系统。系统由知识库、推理机、数据库、人机接口和解释机构等五个模块组成。知识由产生式规则表达。采用反向链推理机构和菜单驱动方式的人机接口,用户无需了解系统的结构即可和系统友善交流。
In this paper, Turbo Prolog language design and implementation of a variety of casting defects analysis of the attributes and causes of formation, as well as to prevent casting defects arising from the technical measures of expert systems. System consists of knowledge base, reasoning machine, database, man-machine interface and interpretation of the five modules. Knowledge is expressed by generative rules. The use of reverse-chain reasoning agencies and menu-driven man-machine interface, users do not need to understand the structure of the system and the system can be friendly exchange.
