用肾上腺皮质类固醇激素(以下简称激素)治疗肾脏疾病,已有二十多年历史。在其用法上经历了短期及间歇疗法阶段,直至1958年Lange等采用长期疗法以来,肾炎复发率方有减少的报告。近十多年来,对激素治疗肾炎进行了大量对比观察,加之免疫学、组织学和组织化学等的进展,为合理选择激素的适应症,避免盲目滥用,减少副作用和提高治愈率提供了理论基础。本文试以激素在治疗肾炎中的合理应用为中心作一简述,供临床应用参考。
With adrenal steroid hormone (hereinafter referred to as hormone) treatment of kidney disease, more than 20 years of history. In its use of experienced short and intermittent stages of treatment, until 1958, Lange and other long-term therapy has been used, nephritis relapse rate has been reduced. In the recent ten years, a large number of contrast studies have been made on steroid-treated nephritis. In addition, advances in immunology, histology and histochemistry have provided a theoretical basis for rational choice of indications for hormones, avoiding blind abuse, reducing side effects and improving the cure rate basis. This article tries to hormone in the treatment of nephritis in the rational application as a center for a brief, for clinical application of reference.
