由于博物馆人事制度变革的不停发展,有关人事档案管理工作出现了较为多的、较为严重的新问题。传统以往的纸质实体档案已经不能完全满足改革后的博物馆人事制度的基本要求。而信息化的档案管理则具有采集信息手段方便且效率高,存储信息量大,存储信息安全等优点,较好地满足了现阶段博物馆人事档案管理的新需求。本文主要对博物馆人事档案信息化建设进行探究与分析,首先介绍了博物馆人事档案信息化的优点,并且分析出几点实现档案信息化的一些有效方法。
Due to the continuous development of the personnel system reform in the museum, more and more serious problems have emerged in the management of personnel files. The traditional paper entity files can not completely meet the basic requirements of the personnel system of the museum after the reformation. The archives management of information has the advantages of convenient and efficient collection of information means, large amount of stored information and safe storage of information, which better meets the new demand of personnel archives management in the museum at this stage. This paper mainly explores and analyzes the construction of the personnel archives in the museum. Firstly, it introduces the advantages of the informatization of the personnel archives in the museum and analyzes some effective methods of how to realize the archives informationization.
