“七五”期间,我们在推行TQC过程中把质量管理的各个阶段、各个环节的职能组织起来,形成一个既有明确的任务、职责、权限,又能互相协调、互相促进的有机整体。设备系统按照这一要求,建立并逐步完善了设备运行、检修和备件供应管理的三个质量保证体系。明确了质量目标、质量方针和质量责任制,并按照PDCA循环,把运行、检修和备件等各个阶段的管理工作程序标准化、规范化,使各部门、各专业之间的管理工作协调一致地发展,为武钢的高产、优质、安全、高效地走质量效益型的发展道路创造了条件。
