研究了溴化十六烷基三甲基铵对苯酚抑制溴酸钾氧化荧光素褪色反应的作用,提出 了测定痕量酚的表面活性剂增敏动力学光度法.加入溴化十六烷基三甲基铵后,体系最大吸 收波长由 440 nm红移至 540 nm,测定的灵敏度明显提高,酚浓度在 0.5~50 ug/L与 A呈 线性关系.探讨了动力学反应的机理.证实该反应为连串反应。利用拟定的方法测定了环境 水样中痕量酚.
The effect of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide on the inhibition of the oxidation of fluorescein by potassium bromate was studied. The sensitization kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace phenols was proposed. After the addition of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide, the maximum absorption wavelength of the system was red shifted from 440 nm to 540 nm, and the sensitivity was significantly improved. The concentration of phenol in the range of 0.5-50 ug / L showed a linear relationship with A. The mechanism of kinetic reaction was discussed. The reaction was confirmed as a series of reactions. The proposed method was applied to the determination of trace phenols in environmental water samples.
