一、概述由于我国地区广阔,气候差异较大,不少地区雨量比较集中,往往形成暴雨,为了及时排泄这些雨水,不得不耗费很大的基建投资在城市和工矿企业建立较庞大的雨水管道系统.因此,在设计中应考虑既满足一定的技术规定,又要求花费最低的管道系统基建费用.过去传统的设计方法是根据分区的雨水径流量,分段计算各管段的直径和坡度,决定其标高与敷设深度,一般凭经验来进行适当调整,未能用更科学的方法来对基建费用进行优化.
