我厂生产JZ350混凝土搅拌机时,将一般搅拌机采用的整轴框架结构改为半轴桥式门架结构。原结构(图1),行走轮轴为通轴,用4根M20U型螺栓固接于底盘上。更改后结构(图2),采用两根半轴结构。在装配时,利用工艺轴将底盘下边的行走轮轴固定板焊于底盘,然后再进行装配。由于采用半轴结构,在部装时,缩小了工作场地,场地周转利用率大大提高;零件便于加工,保证了精度,同时每台成本可降低30多元,提高了经济效益。
When the JZ350 concrete mixer is produced by our factory, the entire shaft frame structure used in general mixers is changed to a half-axis bridge gantry structure. In the original structure (Figure 1), the travel axle was a through shaft and was fixed to the chassis with four M20U bolts. After changing the structure (Figure 2), two half shaft structures are used. During assembly, the process axle is used to weld the running axle mounting plate on the underside of the chassis to the chassis before assembly. Thanks to the semi-axle structure, the working space is reduced and the utilization rate of the site is greatly increased when parts are installed. The parts are easy to process and the accuracy is guaranteed. At the same time, the cost per unit can be reduced by more than 30 yuan and the economic benefit can be improved.
