作者针对高炉中硅还原进入生铁的特点,进行了一些基本实验研究,并分析了控制硅还原的主要因素。根据所得出的主要结论,对杭钢3号高炉冶炼低硅生铁的进展进行了多元回归分析。分析结果表明,提高炉渣三元碱度和降低焦比,是该厂高炉降低生铁含硅量的主要工艺因素。分析结果还表明,在低硅水平下,降硅与降焦之间有可能出现不相适应的情况。通过生产实例,还探讨了冶炼低硅生铁较合适的造渣制度。
In this paper, some basic experimental researches are carried out on the characteristics of reduction of silicon in blast furnace into pig iron, and the main factors controlling the reduction of silicon are analyzed. Based on the main conclusions drawn from this study, a multiple regression analysis was made on the progress of smelting low-silicon pig iron in Hangzhou No.3 blast furnace. The results show that raising the slag tribasic alkalinity and reducing the coke ratio are the main technological factors for the blast furnace to reduce the silicon content of pig iron. The analysis also shows that at low silicon levels, there is a risk of incompatibility between lowering silicon and reducing the power. Through the production of examples, but also discussed the smelting low-silicon pig iron slagging more appropriate system.
