rn主传动直流回路过压故障是交-直-交中压变频器常见的故障。通过分析35kV输入电压的波动、闪跌对主传动DC-link电压的影响、低温高负荷轧制对DC-link电压的影响以及主轴发生设备事故对主传动装置的影响,提高了对设备运行状况的诊断和预测分析能力。通过优化调节器参数,优化功率单元IGCT的脉冲模式,增加了模深度控制程序,优化整流功率预控,提高了直流回路电压的稳定性,减少了直流回路过压故障。“,”DC-link overvoltage fault of main drive is a common fault on AC-DC-AC medium-voltage converter.By means of analyzing the effects of fluctuation and flash fall of the 35 kV input voltage on the main drive of DC-link of the main drive,the effect of low temperature overload rolling on the voltage of the DC-link as well as the effect of the equipment accidents of the main shaft on the main drive the ability of diagnosis,prediction and analysis for the operation of the equipments.In the meanwhile,by means of optimizing parameters of regulators and the pulse patter of IGCT power unit and increasing the active infeed line modulation control program,optimizing the precontrol of rectification rate and improving the stability of voltage of DC return circuit,the overvoltage accident in the DC return circuit is reduced.
