[目的]辛唑嘧菌胺是由巴斯夫公司开发的一类具有新颖化学结构的三唑并嘧啶类杀菌剂。为了研究该类杀菌化合物,探索其合成方法并进行生物活性测定。[方法]以丙酰乙酸甲酯和1H-1,2,4-三唑-5-胺为起始原料,共经过4步反应合成目标化合物辛唑嘧菌胺,经核磁验证其结构。[结果]生物活性测定结果表明该化合物对黄瓜霜霉病具有很好的防治效果。[结论]辛唑嘧菌胺具有优异的杀菌活性,作为一类具有新颖化学结构的杀菌剂,值得进一步研究。
[Objective] Ampiroxamine is a class of triazolopyrimidine fungicides with novel chemical structure developed by BASF. In order to study this kind of bactericidal compound, explore its synthesis method and conduct bioassay. [Method] Methyl propionylacetate and 1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-amine were used as starting materials to synthesize the target compound alclazapram in 4 steps. The structure of the compound was confirmed by NMR. [Result] The bioassay results showed that the compound had good control effect on cucumber downy mildew. [Conclusion] Ceramycin has excellent bactericidal activity. As a kind of fungicide with novel chemical structure, it is worth further study.
