本刊讯近些年来,关于第三次工业革命的话题在国外以及国内社会各界引起了热烈讨论。为此,本刊记者专程采访了原全国人大常委会副委员长蒋正华先生,请他就相关问题进行了解读。蒋正华先生首先表示,关于第三次工业革命这个话题主要源于美国作家杰里米·里夫金出版发行的一本书——《第三次工业革命》。他立足解决包括全球经济危机、能源安全和气候变化在内的三重挑战,提出了一种建立在互联网和可再生能源相融合基础上的新经济模式,并以能源革命催生出第三次工业革命。
In recent years, the topic of the third industrial revolution has aroused heated discussions both in foreign countries as well as in all walks of life in China. To this end, our reporter made a special trip to interview with Mr. Jiang Zhenghua, former vice chairman of the NPC Standing Committee, and asked him to read the relevant issues. Mr. Jiang Zhenghua first said that the topic concerning the third industrial revolution mainly stems from the book entitled “The Third Industrial Revolution” published and published by American writer Jeremy Rifkin. He has tackled the three challenges including global economic crisis, energy security and climate change by proposing a new economic model based on the integration of the Internet and renewable energy, and gave birth to the third industrial revolution with the energy revolution.
