目的研究Be-Am中子源用于杀灭炭疽的可能性。方法通过MCNP模拟计算方法,建立其所使用的模型,计算了Be-Am中子源杀灭炭疽杆菌芽孢的辐照剂量,比较了单个中子沉积能量与Cf-252放射性同位素源和中子管源的不同。结果建立MCNP模拟Be-Am中子源产生中子辐照消毒的模型,得出所用中子辐照强度与炭疽层面积成正比,并且与中子管和Cf-252的辐照剂量在同一个数量级上,但是Be-Am中子源具有价格低廉、中子产额稳定及使用期限长等优点。结论利用Be-Am中子源杀灭炭疽杆菌芽孢更具有现实意义。
