企业战略决策者决定着企业的生存和发展,企业战略的制定者叉决定着企业战略是否正确。在战略决策过程中,由于人的因素常常造成战略制定和战略执行出现偏差,导致战略失败。因此,运用行为科学和信息论等理论,解决战略决策中人与人之间、人与物之间、物与物之间的矛盾冲突,促进战略决策的正确执行,以求得企业的生存与发展。
