本文对来自七个国家临床Ⅲ期研究应用Norplant一年受试者有关埋植部位的并发症进行了报道。在七个国家19个地区,从1985年2月至1987年3月共完成Norplant埋植病例2674例。至1988年6月每例至少应用了15个月。病人的选择符合以前文献报道的适应症。作者强调了在埋植前应用任何激素者均列为使用埋植剂的禁忌症。随访计划为埋植后1,3、6和12个月,以后每隔6个月随访一次,直至埋植剂取出为止。并告知病人埋植部位发生任何问题回门诊复查。
In this paper, we report the clinical application of Norplant for one year in seven clinical trials of implants related to complications. A total of 2674 Norplant-implanted cases were completed in 19 districts in seven countries from February 1985 to March 1987. By June 1988, at least 15 months have been applied in each case. The patient’s choice is consistent with the indications reported in the literature. The authors emphasize that the use of implants as contraindications to implants prior to implantation is listed. The follow-up plan was 1, 3, 6 and 12 months after implantation, followed up every 6 months until implants were removed. And inform the patient buried site any problems back to the clinic review.
