在市场经济体制不断改革的情况下,行政事业单位的规模和数量正在逐年上升,在社会发展中占据的国有资产越来越多。为了从根本上提高国有资产的使用效率,推动社会经济稳步发展,行政事业单位必须提高对财务管理工作的重视程度,并结合自身的实际发展情况,制定切实可行的完善对策。本文主要从资产管理和预算管理相结合这一管理手段出发,首先分析管理过程中存在的问题,并在此基础上探讨科学、有效的解决对策,帮助行政事业单位切实提高财务管理水平。
Under the continuous reform of the market economy system, the size and number of administrative units are increasing year by year, and more and more state-owned assets are occupied in social development. In order to fundamentally improve the efficiency of the use of state-owned assets and promote the steady development of social economy, the administrative institutions must increase their emphasis on financial management and, in combination with their actual development, formulate practical measures to improve them. This paper, starting from the combination of asset management and budget management, first analyzes the problems in the process of management, and on this basis, probes into scientific and effective solutions to help administrative institutions improve their financial management.
