1工程简介广利引沁灌区是在黄河北岸,沁河下游的一个古老的灌溉工程,以民筹资金为主,地方财政为辅修建成的工程,是一项典型的“民办公助”水利工程。由于该工程两千多年延续不断的发展,因而这一地区比较富饶,有“北国江南之誉”。沁河下游,属于我国中原地区。夏、商、东周、东汉、曹魏、西晋、北魏等朝的首都离本区都不远。本区农业经济的发展对我国古代的政治、文化的发展有过很大的影响。这一工程虽小,却有其独特的渠首工程与渠系布置,也有古灌区一般共有的问题。 1 Project Introduction Guangli cited Qinshi irrigation area is an ancient irrigation project in the north bank of the Yellow River and the lower reaches of the Qinhe River.
