资产管理的好坏不仅将对基层医院的医疗水平带来直接影响,同时也关系到基层医院的自身利益与人们的生命财产安全。虽然现阶段很多基层医院对资产管理重要性的认识逐渐提高,但在实际的管理工作中依旧存在着诸多问题。本文对当前基层医院在固定资产的管理上普遍存在的问题进行了系统的分析与探讨,并提出了加强管理的一些建议。
The quality of asset management will not only have a direct impact on the medical care of grass-roots hospitals, but also the self-interest of grass-roots hospitals and the safety of people’s lives and property. Although many grassroots hospitals gradually raise their awareness of the importance of asset management, there are still many problems in the actual management. This article systematically analyzes and discusses the problems that exist in the management of fixed assets in grassroots hospitals at present, and puts forward some suggestions to strengthen management.
