香港和澳门自开埠以来一直是中西文化交汇之地,西学东渐与国学传播常以港澳为桥梁。就图书馆事业而言,明清之际,西洋图书馆观念流入中土大多自港澳登陆;抗战时期,部分大陆珍贵典籍藉避难于香港才得以保全;改革开放之前,国人常藉港澳图书馆事业窥探西方图书馆事业之一斑;20世纪80年代以后,国内图书馆界与港澳图书馆界交往渐盛,了解日深;回归以来,三地图书馆界频繁互动,共建全球华文文献资源共享体系,粤港澳图书馆学会(协会)更是连年合组学术年会;……凡此种种颇为世人瞩目。
Hong Kong and Macao have been the places where Chinese and Western cultures meet since they opened their doors. The spread of Western learning and the spread of Chinese studies often use Hong Kong and Maucao as bridges. As far as the library business was concerned, during the Ming and Qing dynasties, most of the ideas of the Western Library were flown into the land of China and Turkey and landed in Hong Kong and Macao. During the war of resistance against Japan, some precious books of the mainland could not be preserved until they were sheltered in Hong Kong. Before the reform and opening up, After the 1980s, the domestic library community became more prosperous with the Hong Kong-Macau library community to understand the depth of the day. Since the reunification, the three libraries have frequently interacted with each other to build a global Chinese document resource sharing system, Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Library Association (Association) is the year after year group of academic annual meeting; ...... All these world-wide attention.
