在机械零件的制造过程中,经常涉及到线性尺寸和角度及其公差的换算问题。这类公差的换算过程较为复杂,换算麻烦,尤其是角度公差的换算不太方便。为了解决这一问题,我们在多年的生产实践中摸索了一种对这类公差进行换算的简便方法——全微分法,可使换算过程适当地简化,并且可以保证一定的计算精度。下面就此方法作一些简要的介绍。
In the manufacture of mechanical parts, often involves the conversion of linear dimensions and angles and tolerances. The conversion process of such tolerances is complicated and the conversion is troublesome, especially the conversion of angle tolerances is not very convenient.
