在氟化钠、二甲酚憕(XO)及溴化十六烷基吡啶(CPB)存在的近中性溶液中,铝可形成红色的组成比为Al:F:XO:CPB=1:2:1:1的Al-F-XO-CPB四元络合物。其最大吸收峰为520nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.6×10~4,该多元络合物十分稳定,大量络合剂的存在不干扰铝的测定。在DTPA存在下,较大量的铁及其他三十余种阳离子均不干扰铝的测定。因而,方法的选择性较高。应用本方法对镍铬铁等复杂合金中的微量铝及铸铝锌合金、铜合金中大量铝的测定均获得了较为满意的结果、方法快速、简便。
In the near-neutral solutions of sodium fluoride, xylenol (XO) and cetylpyridinium bromide (CPB), the composition ratio of aluminum to red is Al: F: XO: CPB = 1: 2 : 1: 1 Al-F-XO-CPB quaternary complex. The maximum absorption peak is 520nm, the apparent molar absorption coefficient is 1.6 × 10 ~ 4, the multi-complex is very stable, the presence of a large amount of complexing agent does not interfere with the determination of aluminum. In the presence of DTPA, a large amount of iron and other thirty kinds of cations do not interfere with the determination of aluminum. Therefore, the method is more selective. The method is applied to the determination of a large amount of aluminum in the trace aluminum, the cast aluminum-zinc alloy and the copper alloy in the complex alloys such as nichrome and the like, and the method is relatively fast and simple.
