本文报告了外伤性白内障人工晶状体植入30例，其中顿钝伤14例，穿孔伤15例，电击伤1例。受伤到手术时间：最长6年，最短7天。术后2周内视力：0．5以上16例。随访3个月以上的16例，视力0．5以上15例。对外伤性质和术后视力的关系作了分析总结，并对一期植入的选择和术后并发症的处理谈了一点体会。
This paper reports 30 cases of traumatic cataract implantation, including 14 cases of punctual injury, 15 cases of perforation injury and 1 case of electric injury. Injured to surgery time: up to 6 years, the shortest 7 days. Visual acuity within 2 weeks after operation: 0.5 or more in 16 cases. Follow-up of more than 3 months in 16 cases, visual acuity of 0.5 or more in 15 cases. The relationship between the traumatic nature and postoperative visual acuity was analyzed and summarized, and the experience of the first phase implantation and the treatment of postoperative complications was discussed.
