目的探讨经颅多普勒超声(TCD)及计算机断层扫描CT在腔隙性脑梗死中的应用价值。方法 200例腔隙性脑梗死患者,依据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各100例。观察组经TCD检查,对照组经CT检查。比较两组患者检查结果。结果观察组异常检出率(血流速度、阻力指数、频谱异常等)为91.0%,明显高于对照组异常检出率(腔隙性梗死灶)的70.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。TCD检查能够显著反映出腔隙性脑梗死患者病灶区域血流动力学异常情况,临床价值显著。结论对腔隙性脑梗死患者行TCD检查其异常检出率较之CT检查更高,所显示病因及相关危险因素更加可靠,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the value of transcranial Doppler ultrasound (TCD) and computed tomography (CT) in lacunar infarction. Methods 200 cases of lacunar infarction patients were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method, each 100 cases. The observation group by TCD examination, the control group by CT examination. Compare the results of two groups of patients. Results The abnormal detection rate (blood flow velocity, resistance index, frequency spectrum abnormality, etc.) in the observation group was 91.0%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (lacunar infarction) 70.0% (P <0.05). TCD can significantly reflect the lacunar infarction patients with regional hemodynamic abnormalities, the clinical value was significant. Conclusion The detection rate of TCD in patients with lacunar infarction is higher than that of CT. The etiology and related risk factors are more reliable and worthy of promotion.
