依据国际标准ISO2631—1997和ISO5349—2001,以FAMOS为软件平台,实现了基于时域法、Welch和AR频率法的全地形车振动舒适性评价算法。以某全地形车道路试验为例,着重分析了不同算法在评价全地形车振动舒适性时的差别。结果表明,时、频域法计算结果差别很小,却各有其合适的应用范围。时域法思路清晰且计算速度快,适合仅从振动舒适性定量评价角度快速获得评价结果;频域法获得评价结果的同时,还可得到相应的振动频域特征,可为后续的改进提供参考。频域法中的Welch法和AR法相比,AR法功率谱密度光滑,易于分析振动的频谱特性,推荐优先使用。
According to the international standards ISO2631-1997 and ISO5349-2001, the vibration comfort evaluation algorithm of ATV based on time domain method, Welch and AR frequency method is realized by FAMOS software platform. Take an all-terrain vehicle road test as an example, this paper analyzes emphatically the difference of different algorithms in evaluating the vibration comfort of ATV. The results show that, when the frequency domain method results are very little difference, but each have their appropriate range of applications. The time-domain method is clear and fast in calculation speed, and is suitable for quickly obtaining the evaluation results only from the perspective of the quantitative evaluation of vibration comfort. The frequency domain method obtains the evaluation results and the corresponding vibration frequency domain characteristics, which may provide reference for subsequent improvement . Welch method in frequency domain method compared with AR method, AR method power spectral density is smooth, easy to analyze the spectral characteristics of vibration, it is recommended to use priority.
