目的:研究并探讨剖宫产率与围生儿死亡以及产后出血之间的相关因素,为降低剖宫产率提供借鉴。方法:选取我院在2008年1月至2011年1月收治的1860例进剖宫产患者的临床资料,对剖宫产率与围生儿死亡以及产后出血之间的相关因素,进行回顾性分析。结果:总共有1860例患者进行剖宫产,有45例出现围生儿死亡。另外还有230例患者出现产后出血的症状。结论:近几年来,进行剖宫产的孕妇逐渐增加,但是却也导致了围生儿死亡率相应的增加。对此,医务人员必须要严格掌握剖宫产的指征,只有这样,才能够降低剖宫产率。
Objective: To study and explore the correlation between cesarean section rate and perinatal mortality and postpartum hemorrhage, so as to provide reference for reducing cesarean section rate. Methods: The clinical data of 1860 cesarean section patients admitted to our hospital from January 2008 to January 2011 were retrospectively analyzed. The correlation between cesarean section rate, perinatal mortality and postpartum hemorrhage was retrospectively analyzed analysis. RESULTS: A total of 1860 patients underwent cesarean delivery and 45 perinatal deaths occurred. In addition there are 230 patients with postpartum hemorrhage symptoms. CONCLUSIONS: Pregnant women who have undergone cesarean delivery have been increasing in recent years, but have also resulted in a corresponding increase in perinatal mortality. In this regard, medical staff must strictly grasp the indications for cesarean section, the only way to reduce cesarean section rate.
