The 1992 Parliamentary Act 1992 replaced the bill of 1885 bill of lading with new provisions on bills of lading and some other shipping documents. [July 16, 1992] The act, proposed and adopted by the ministries of the House of Lords and the secular parliamentarians and members of the lower house of parliament in this parliamentary assembly, and promulgated by His Majesty as follows on the basis of the rights granted by the above-mentioned parliamentarians: - Article 1 Shipping documents to which the Act applies and others (1) This Law applies to the following documents- (a) any bill of lading; (b) any sea waybill; and (c) any ship’s delivery note. (2) The bill of lading referred to in this Act- (a) does not include so-called documents which can neither be endorsed nor as the holder’s bill of lading is to be delivered without endorsement;
