目的研究苏木Caesalpinia sappan的化学成分。方法利用正相硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20、反相硅胶柱色谱及反相制备液相色谱等手段进行分离纯化,并通过1H-NMR、13C-NMR等波谱技术进行结构鉴定。结果从苏木醋酸乙酯提取物中分离得到12个化合物,分别鉴定为原苏木素A(1)、3,7-二羟基色原酮(2)、7,3′,4′-trihydroxy-3-benzyl-2H-chromene(3)、bonducellin(4)、3′-去氧苏木醇(5)、3′-去氧-4-甲氧基表苏木醇(6)、3-去氧苏木查耳酮(7)、3,8,9-thihydroxy-6H-benzo[c]chromen-6-one(8)、3,9-dihydroxy-8-methoxy-dibenzo[b,d]pyran-6-one(9)、(-)-丁香树脂酚(10)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(11)、正二十一烷醇(12)。结论化合物9、11、12为首次从云实属中分离得到,化合物4为首次从苏木植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Caesalpinia sappan. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by normal phase silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20, reverse phase silica gel column chromatography and reverse phase preparative liquid chromatography. Their structures were confirmed by 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR. Results Twelve compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of Hematoxylin and eosin, respectively, and identified as the original hematoxylin A (1), 3,7-dihydroxychromanone (2), 7,3 ’, 4’-trihydroxy-3 -benzyl-2H-chromene (3), bonducellin (4), 3’-deoxyhematoxylin (5), 3’-deoxy- (8), 3,9-dihydroxy-8-methoxy-dibenzo [b, d] pyran- 6-one (9), (-) - clove phenol (10), dibutyl phthalate (11), n-icosanol (12). Conclusion Compounds 9, 11 and 12 were isolated from the genus Genus for the first time. Compound 4 was isolated from the genus Hematoxylin and Genome for the first time.
