我是1987年开始担任老年门球队教练员。经过多年的磨炼,参加过全国、省、市级竞赛,省、市、区之间邀请赛等数百场大大小小的赛事。我和球队共享受过获得名次的喜悦,也有过指挥失误甚至败北后的困惑。十数个寒暑的执教经历,使我深深地体会到,执教理念必须与时俱进,必须以科学的态度去探索、研究、开拓新战术;去认识、总结、改进执教中的模式化思路,以促进执教水平由低到高循序升华。如果说体会,我认为必须做好这样几点: 第一,做好表率作用:俗话说:“打铁先得自身硬。”教和练是相辅相成的。这就是说,要求球员做到的,教练要身体力行自己先做到。在
