目的 :分析研究机械通气联合不同途径止血药治疗新生儿肺出血的应用价值。方法 :选取2014年2月-2015年2月在我院接收的肺出血新生儿一共有82例,随机分为观察组、对照组,对照组采取呼吸机联合静注白眉蛇毒凝血酶治疗,观察组在此基础之上采取气管内滴入白眉蛇毒凝血酶,对两组临床治疗效果进行对比。结果 :观察组肺出血停止时间和呼吸机停止时间明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 :对新生儿肺出血采取机械通气联合静注以及气管内滴入白眉蛇毒凝血酶共同治疗,可以使出血停止时间和呼吸机停止时间明显缩短,具有临床推广价值。
Objective: To analyze the application of mechanical ventilation combined with different ways of hemostatic drugs in the treatment of neonatal pulmonary hemorrhage. Methods: A total of 82 newborn infants with pulmonary hemorrhage received in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2015 were randomly divided into observation group, control group and control group. Ventilator combined with intravenous injection of white eye venom thrombin was used for observation. On the basis of this group, intratracheal instillation of Baiji snake venom thrombin was performed to compare the clinical effects of the two groups. Results: The stopping time of pulmonary hemorrhage and the stopping time of ventilator in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The combination of mechanical ventilation and intravenous infusion and intra-tracheal instillation of white eye venom thrombin in neonatal pulmonary hemorrhage can shorten the stopping time of bleeding and the stopping time of ventilator significantly, which has the clinical popularization value.
