〔材料〕新鲜苦瓜500克、黄豆200克、猪排骨250克、生姜3~4片。〔烹制〕先用清水把苦瓜、黄豆、排骨、生姜洗净,苦瓜去核切块,黄豆浸泡片刻;排骨切成段状,然后一起放进瓦煲里,加入清水1200毫升(约6碗水量),先用武火煲沸后,改用文火煲1个小时,直到600至800毫升(约3~4碗水量),
