陈武勇,号啸风,毕业于南开大学东方艺术系国画专业,现任杭州武林书画院院长,文化部文化艺术管理委员会、中国美术研究院研究员,一级美术家。其绘画作品简净、雅致,清新高古,心境平和,一如神来之笔,谓之一奇。啸风先生可贵的就是能在物欲横流的年代中,仍能坚守那颗纯真的心,不骄不躁,一如既往地完美着他的艺术。超然的水墨笔墨呈现出一种独特的艺术美。这正是啸风先生具备了一颗纯真的心,一种超然的生活态度,他将自己的人品、学养、阅历、气度、情感、智慧天衣无缝地溶化在一笔一画的时间运行中,凝固在他的书画艺术形象中。
