文章通过对吉首市广场中老年人晨练现状的了解,进而为有关部门加强中老年人体育锻炼提供一些有益的建议。研究主要采用问卷调查法,问卷从晨练者的性别、年龄,晨练的项目选择、接受指导、坚持时间以及运动损伤情况等三部分内容进行调查;研究结果表明:晨练者女性明显多于男性;晨练者的锻炼意识较强;一半的晨练者没有接受过专业指导,所练项目以武术、太极为最多;晨练者损伤的部位主要集中在下肢膝关节;主要原因是自身对运动损伤的知识了解不够、缺乏专业的人士指导、充分的准备活动及放松练习等。建议建立和完善中老年健身管理体系和服务体系、挖掘更多的晨练项目、提高晨练者的自我保护意识,充分发挥当地体育院校的周边辐射作用等。

It is suggested to establish and perfect the fitness management system and service system for middle-aged and elderly people, to dig more morning exercises, to enhance the self-protection awareness of morning exerciseters, and to give full play to the peripheral radiation effects of local PE institutions.
