输送原油及石油产品的减阻问题,早在40年代就引起了人们的注意。但到1979年和1983年才分别在原油管线和成品油管线上得到工业性应用。文章介绍了减阻剂在国外油品输送中的工业应用状况,及油相减阻剂的合成方法和性能评定;阐述了国内油相减阻剂的开发情况,并结合我国实际指出靠进口昂贵的减阻剂来提高输油能力是不合算的,组织有关科研单位与中国石化总公司所属原料和生产条件较好的单位相合作,研究和开发国内优质减阻剂是刻不容缓的任务。
The drag reduction of crude oil and petroleum products has drawn people’s attention as early as the 1940s. However, they were not used commercially until 1979 and 1983 respectively on the crude oil pipeline and the product pipeline. The article introduces the industrial application situation of drag reducing agent in foreign oil transportation and the synthesis method and performance evaluation of oil phase drag reducing agent. It also expounds the development situation of oil drag reducing agent in our country, Of drag reducing agent to improve oil delivery capacity is uneconomical, the organization of scientific research units and Sinopec Corporation owned raw materials and production conditions better units, research and development of domestic high-quality drag reducers is an urgent task.
