近年来,心律平广泛用于治疗各种心律失常。1991年5～6月间,笔者在上海第二医科大学附属医院急症科时,对阵发性室上性心动过速病人静注心律平复律,收到满意效果,总结报告如下。临床资料:本组共42例,男19例,女23例;年龄15～68岁。反复心动过速病史1～35年。病因不明者30例,冠心病6例,预激综合征4例,风心病1例,先心病1例。心电图证实诊断后,给予25％GS20ml十心律平70mg,于5分钟内注完。注药过程中室上速终止则停止注药;若未终止,于注药后15～20分钟再给同样剂量静注1次。用药2次未复律者为失败。

After confirming the diagnosis of ECG, given 25% GS20ml ten heart rhythm 70mg, note within 5 minutes. During the injection process, supraventricular tachycardia terminates injection; if not, inject the same dose intravenously once 15-20 minutes after injection. Medication twice failed to recover from the law.
