本文调查了四个单位局部振动作业现场,发现凿石机01-30工具手柄加速度331m/s~2,工人手背加速度21.70m/s~2;风炮cbB工具手柄加速度92.5m/s~2,工人手背加速度14.28 m/s~2;气锤46-30工具柄加速度355.17m/s~2,工人手背加速度20.78m/s~2。上述加速度频率31.5～63Hz。工人每天连续接振平均100～180分钟,上述振动参数相关的连续工作时间在凿石机、气锤两工种加速度超过ISO/DD-43参数极限。作业环境噪声在88.5～107dB(A)。
This paper investigates the local vibration work site of four units and finds that the acceleration of rocker 01-30 tool handle is 331m / s ~ 2 and the worker hand back acceleration is 21.70m / s ~ 2; the acceleration of air gun cbB tool handle is 92.5m / s ~ 2, The acceleration of worker’s hand back is 14.28 m / s ~ 2; the acceleration of air hammer 46-30 tool handle is 355.17m / s ~ 2, and the worker’s back acceleration is 20.78m / s ~ 2. The acceleration frequency 31.5 ~ 63Hz. The workers continue to pick up the average daily vibration for 100 to 180 minutes. The continuous working time related to the above vibration parameters is over the limit of ISO / DD-43 parameter for rock cutter and hammer. Operating environment noise at 88.5 ~ 107dB (A).
