中国机械工程学会动力工程学会举办的“劣质煤燃烧技术学术讨论会”于1981年5月31日至6月4日在武汉召开。这次学术讨论会是在湖北省机械工程学会积极支持和关怀下,以及武汉锅炉厂、华中工学院和电力部西安热工所的积极筹备下举行的。参加讨论会的有来自全国47个单位的86名代表。讨论会共征集到46篇论文,经评审小组审定推荐到大会上宣读的论文共20篇,其余的论文也在会上进行了口头或书面的交流。宣读论文之后,又分组进行了广泛、深入的讨论。
China Institute of Mechanical Engineering Power Engineering Society held a “low-quality coal combustion technology Symposium” in May 31, 1981 to June 4 held in Wuhan. The symposium was held under the active support and caring of Hubei Institute of Mechanical Engineering and active preparations by Wuhan Boiler Works, Huazhong Institute of Technology and Xi’an Thermal Power Department of the Ministry of Electric Power. There were 86 representatives from 47 units nationwide participating in the seminar. A total of 46 papers were collected during the symposium. A total of 20 papers were recommended to the conference for review and approval. The remaining papers were also exchanged verbally or in writing at the conference. After reading the paper, they conducted a wide-ranging and in-depth discussion in groups.
