构建了高管私人关系、情感信任、能力信任与供应链中信息共享之间关系的理论模型。以广东珠三角地区189家制造企业为调查对象,利用结构方程模型对高管私人关系、情感信任、能力信任和信息共享之间的关系进行实证研究。研究结果表明,高管私人关系对组织间情感信任和能力信任都有显著的正向影响;在组织间信任中,情感信任对信息共享有显著的正向影响,而能力信任对信息共享的影响并不显著;高管私人关系会通过情感信任间接影响信息共享。研究还表明,管理者不仅要重视与供应链伙伴间建立情感信任来提升信息共享水平,还要善于同合作伙伴建立紧密的高管私人关系来增强和提升企业间情感信任与信息共享水平。
It builds a theoretical model of the relationship between senior executives’ personal relationship, emotional trust, ability trust and information sharing in the supply chain. Based on the survey of 189 manufacturing enterprises in Pearl River Delta of Guangdong, this paper makes empirical research on the relationship between senior managers’ personal relationship, emotional trust, ability trust and information sharing by using structural equation model. The results show that senior executives’ private relationship has a significant positive effect on the emotional trust and ability trust among organizations. In trust among organizations, emotional trust has a significant positive impact on information sharing, and the impact of ability trust on information sharing Is not significant; senior executives’ personal relationships affect information sharing indirectly through emotional trust. The research also shows that managers should not only attach importance to establish emotional trust with supply chain partners to enhance the level of information sharing, but also be good at establishing close personal relationships with partners to enhance and enhance the level of emotional trust and information sharing among enterprises.
