[目的]分析延边地区青少年肥胖与多种代谢指标的相关性.[方法]于2009年5月,采用整群抽样方法抽取安图县高三学生体格检查资料1 207份,被纳入的研究对象均对调查内容知情同意.通过健康体格检查准确测量身高、体重(WT)、腰围(WC)及血压,同时取清晨空腹静脉血测定血脂谱及血糖(FBG)值.[结果]男生和女生整体型肥胖组的WT,WC,FBG及体质量指数(BMI)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)平均水平均明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05);调整型别后的协方差分析结果显示,整体型肥胖组的WT,BMI,WC,SBP,DBP,FBG平均水平均明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01);男生和女生腹型肥胖组的WT,BMI,WC,SBP,DBP,FBG平均水平均显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01);调整型别后的协方差分析结果显示,腹型肥胖组的WT,BMI,WC,SBP,DBP,FBG的平均水平均高于正常对照组(P<0.01).一般相关关系分析结果显示,男生和女生BMI与WC,WT,SBP,DBP,FBG均呈正相关(P<0.01),与HDL-C呈负相关(P<0.05);WC与BMI,WT,SBP,DBP,FBG均呈正相关(P<0.01).校正性别后偏相关分析结果显示,BMI与WC,WT,SBP,DBP,FBG均呈正相关(P<0.01),与HDL-C呈负相关(P<0.01);WC与BMI,WT,SBP,DBP,FBG均呈正相关(P<0.01).[结论]延边地区青少年BMI和WC均与SBP,DBP及FBG密切相关,而且BMI与WC呈显著相关.
[Objective] To analyze the correlation between juvenile obesity and various metabolic indexes in Yanbian area. [Methods] In May 2009, 1 207 physical examination data of high school students in Antu County were collected by cluster sampling method. All subjects included The informed consent of the investigation was obtained.The height, weight (WT), waist circumference (WC) and blood pressure were measured accurately by physical examination, and the fasting venous blood samples were taken for the determination of blood lipid and blood glucose (FBG). [Results] The mean levels of WT, WC, FBG and body mass index (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) in obese group were significantly higher than those in normal control group (P <0.05). Covariance analysis The results showed that the average levels of WT, BMI, WC, SBP, DBP and FBG in the whole obesity group were significantly higher than those in the normal control group (P <0.01). WT, BMI, WC, SBP, DBP, FBG were significantly higher than the normal control group (P <0.01); covariance analysis showed that the average level of WT, BMI, WC, SBP, DBP, FBG in abdominal obesity group were high (P <0.01) .The results of general correlation analysis showed that the boys and girls BMI and WC, WT, SBP, DBP, FBG were positively correlated (P <0.01), but negatively correlated with HDL-C (P <0.05). WC was positively correlated with BMI, WT, SBP, DBP and FBG WC, WT, SBP, DBP and FBG were positively correlated (P <0.01) and negatively correlated with HDL-C (P <0.01) . [Conclusion] The BMI and WC of adolescents in Yanbian area are closely related to SBP, DBP and FBG, and BMI is significantly correlated with WC.
