陶瓷颗粒增强铝基复合材料是一种比较重要的复合材料,采用喷射沉积法,并对快速凝固后的样品施加相应的热压处理工艺,制得了铝基TiB_2/Al_2O_3陶瓷颗粒增强复合材料。对用原料质量配比为Al:85.5%,TiO_2;9.5%,B_2O_3:4.99%制得的复合材料进行了XRD、ESEM、TEM分析,发现反应中除了生成TiB_2、Al_2O_3相外,还生成了Al_3Ti新相。并对用5种不同成分制备的复合材料进行了抗拉强度测试和比较,同时测试了材料的布氏显微硬度(HB),其中对反应生成的增强相含量最低(V%=10.8%)和含量最高(V%=31.0%)的复合材料进行了分析和比较。
Ceramic particle reinforced aluminum matrix composites are a kind of important composite materials.
