目的观察MDC-500型半导体激光治疗仪在临床护理中的治疗效果。方法对压疮、锁骨下静脉穿刺、静脉留置针穿刺后局部淤青、手术后新鲜伤口,应用MDC-500型半导体激光治疗仪进行治疗。结果压疮:局部压红消失。静脉留置针穿刺后淤青:局部淤青消失,局部皮肤干燥、无红肿。锁骨下静脉穿刺:创面干燥,无红肿、渗液。新鲜伤口:完全愈合,无炎性反应。结论MDC-500型半导体激光治疗仪操作方法简单,效果确切,能明显促进组织愈合。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of MDC-500 semiconductor laser therapeutic apparatus in clinical nursing. Methods Pressure ulcers, subclavian vein puncture, intravenous indwelling needle puncture after local bruising, fresh wounds after surgery, the application of MDC-500 semiconductor laser therapeutic apparatus for treatment. Results pressure ulcer: partial pressure red disappear. Venous indwelling needle puncture after bruising: local bruising disappeared, local dry skin, no swelling. Subclavian vein puncture: wound dry, no swelling, exudate. Fresh wounds: completely healed, no inflammatory reaction. Conclusion The operation method of MDC-500 semiconductor laser therapeutic apparatus is simple and effective and can significantly promote tissue healing.
