我院自开展选择性内脏动脉插管技术以来，对２６例中晚期胃癌患者，进行经皮穿刺选择性动脉插管灌注化疗。其中，男性１８例，女性８例，最小年龄３６岁，最大７０岁，平均年龄５６岁，所有病例均经病理明确诊断。胃底贲门癌６例，胃体癌１２例，胃窦癌８例。全组病例均有中上?
Since the initiation of selective visceral arterial cannulation in our hospital, 26 patients with advanced gastric cancer have undergone percutaneous puncture and selective arterial infusion chemotherapy. Among them, there are 18 males and 8 females. The youngest age is 36 years old, and the oldest is 70 years old. The average age is 56 years old. All cases are diagnosed by pathology.
