我科1986年7月～10月使用液氮冷冻治疗11例带状疱疹,取得满意效果,报告如下: 一、临床资料:共收治门诊患者11例,男6例,女5例。年龄9岁1例,10岁～40岁8例,占73％,41岁～45岁2例。病程2～7天,皮损部位,侵犯三叉神经1例,肋间神经7例,臂丛神经3例。皮损表现为成簇的丘疱疹,沿神经分布排列成带状。年龄大的2例局部疼痛严重,9例疼痛较轻。有2例曾在原单位卫生队用病毒灵、四环素、肤轻松等药治疗无效,其余9例未作过任何治疗。
Our department from July 1986 to October using liquid nitrogen cryotherapy of 11 cases of shingles, and achieved satisfactory results, the report is as follows: First, the clinical data: a total of 11 cases were treated outpatients, 6 males and 5 females. One patient was 9 years old, 8 cases were 10 years old to 40 years old, accounting for 73%. Two cases were 41 years old to 45 years old. Course of 2 to 7 days, lesions, violations of the trigeminal nerve in 1 case, 7 cases of intercostal nerve, brachial plexus in 3 cases. Skin lesions showed turtle herpes tufts, arranged along the nerve distribution into a ribbon. Two older patients had severe localized pain and nine had mild pain. There are 2 cases in the former unit of the health team with the virus spirit, tetracycline, skin irritation and other drugs ineffective treatment, and the remaining 9 cases without any treatment.
