近日,磐安县住房和城乡建设局主动邀请县人大代表参与建设工程质量监督,明确代表可通过实地视察、联合巡查、现场点评、工作例会等形式,定期、不定期地对在建工程进行监督检查,对县内重大民生工程建设进行监督。据介绍,县住房和城乡建设局将通过“施工现场开放日”活动,主动邀请代表进入施工现场,就施工程序、验收要求、建材质量、安全生产等内容进行检查。代表也可自行独立开
