背景资料●为破解区域发展不协调、环境资源压力等难题,广东省于2008年5月开始正式实施“双转移”战略,推进珠三角地区相关产业加快向粤东西北地区转移,同时推进农村劳动力向城市和第二、第三产业转移。
Background Information ● To solve the problems of uncoordinated regional development and pressure on environmental resources, Guangdong Province started formally implementing the “double-shift” strategy in May 2008 to accelerate the transfer of relevant industries in the Pearl River Delta region to the northwestern region of Guangdong, and at the same time promote Rural labor transfer to cities and secondary and tertiary industries.
