选用离乳约10d、胎次相近、体质量相近、遗传组成基本相似、健康状况良好的梅花鹿12头,分为2组,每组6头。Ⅰ组为对照组,采食基础饲粮;Ⅱ组为试验组,基础饲粮中添加0.2%的复合益生菌制剂。每组自由采食,自由饮水,试验期60d。结果显示:试验后期,试验组梅花鹿平均日增质量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组粪便大肠杆菌和乳酸杆菌数分别显著下降和增加(P<0.05);试验中期和结束,试验组血清中免疫球蛋白较对照组有增加趋势。结果表明:复合益生菌制剂有促进离乳梅花鹿生长、优化肠道微生物区系及提高幼鹿免疫功能的作用。
Selection of about 10d after weaning, parity similar, similar body weight, genetic composition is basically similar to good health deer 12, divided into two groups of six. Group Ⅰ was the control group, fed the basal diet; group Ⅱ was the experimental group, supplemented with 0.2% of probiotic compound in the basal diet. Each group is free to eat, free to drink water, the test period 60d. The results showed that the average daily gain of sika deer in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.05), the numbers of E.coli and Lactobacillus in the experimental group were significantly decreased and increased (P <0.05) The serum immunoglobulin in the control group increased. The results showed that the compound probiotics could promote the growth of the deer sika deer, optimize the gut microbiota and improve the immune function of the deer.
