1978年,三菱综合研究所受综合研究开发机构的委托,对科技情报流通体制问题进行调查研究,于1980年3月发表研究报告。现将第三部分的主要内容介绍如下。科技情报流通过程是由情报的产生、搜集、加工、存贮及用户检索和利用环节组成的。科技情报流通系统的目的在于使用户迅速而高效地获得所需的情报。为了使情报流通系统满意地运行,必须以从情报源到用户的整个系统的观点来解决存在的种种问题。
In 1978, Mitsubishi General Research Institute commissioned by the comprehensive research and development agencies, research on the issue of scientific and technological information circulation system, published in March 1980 research report. Now the main content of the third part is as follows. The flow of information technology is composed of intelligence generation, collection, processing, storage and user retrieval and utilization.
