企业管理与控制一体化，是企业生产控制和管理的发展方向，也是现代化企业的标志之一。本项目是国家“八五”重点科技攻关项目。本项目以沧州化肥厂为对象，共包括四个子项：①合成氨装置的计算机控制和操作优化；②尿素装置的计算机控制和操作优化；③智能化联锁和生产保护专家系统；④生产决策管理控制系统。本文简述了大型合成氨和尿素装置大系统优化控制的概念和基本方法。系统地阐述了大型化肥企业计算机实时生产管理系统和管理决策系统的研究与开发的思路、基本内容及实施的手段和方法。
The integration of enterprise management and control is the development direction of production control and management of an enterprise and one of the hallmarks of a modern enterprise. This project is a national “eight five” key scientific and technological projects. Cangzhou Fertilizer Plant is the subject of this project and includes four sub-items: ① computer control and operation optimization of ammonia plant; ② computer control and operation optimization of urea plant; ③ intelligent interlocking and production protection expert system; ④ production decision-making management Control System. This paper describes the concept and basic methods of large-scale system optimization control of large-scale ammonia and urea plant. This paper systematically expounds the ideas, basic contents, means and methods of researching and developing computer real-time production management system and management decision-making system of large-scale fertilizer enterprises.
